Iced blue

Iced blue $475 veiling done sash style, wrapped around a stepped in showstopper. In a change of the traditional, I have pulled a couple of metres of ice blue veiling to the side so it drapes front or rear. Then to anchor the eye I have rolled a serpent like detail that wraps across the front and trails down the veil
