The slow rose - after the crazy busy time of spring carnival it’s nice to immerse yourself in something creative and take your time. This is made from parisisol off cuts of the season. The stem is wire wrapped in deep green parisisol and the thorns/leaves are rolled and shaped. The rose is nested in an ivory perched pork pie and the centre is filled with strips of rolled straw circling around a rolled rose centre.
